The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important thing with being a nanny for me is always making sure the child/children are safe and supervised at ALL times. I realize parents left me responsible and TRUST me to treat their children as if they are my own. That is exactly how I treat ANY child in my care, as if they are my own. Loving them unconditionally and trying to share experiences/memories with their Mrs. A :)

When I bond with a child for me that is a very priceless moment. It may be weeks from knowing them or we may just click right away. Either way a connection is key. I want the child to know they are LOVED by Mrs. A, protected, and we can have an amazing time together.
