Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy playing outside and going to the park. Even just coloring and watching movies with them is my favorite thing to do since I get to experience their personality more and more. If they even feel comfortable enough with me, we will even have karaoke! I also do speak a little bit of Spanish so I love teaching kids a few words and even telling them about different cultures.
The most important part about being a nanny...
To me it’s always been about how comfortable the kids feel with me as well as the family. I don’t ever want someone to mistrust me or even second guess my intentions/motives. Also communicating is a big one. If I ever have a question or if a situation came up while the family is gone I always contact the family.
