When I was younger, I volunteered as a Girl Scout mentor for younger troops. I have about a decade in experience of babysitting. I worked at a preschool “for the arts” that had a strong emphasis on low screen time, lots of outdoor time, creativity, and discovery.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I absolutely love taking “adventures” around the neighborhood with the children I am looking after. Doing scavenger hunts, walking, swimming, baking, reading aloud together, making a picnic, or spending time at a park are some of my favorite activities to do with kids.
