Early childhood education is my passion in life, and I am dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your little one. I specialize in working with young toddlers and infants, but I love to work with children of all ages!
I have my Colorado Early Childhood teaching license, have worked in many childcare and school settings, and am CPR, first aid and AED certified.
I have multiple hours of training and professional development through PDIS and other early childhood education resources.
I hold over 9 years in experience with children of all ages. I believe early childhood is the most important and formative years of a humans whole life. Being able to guide, support, love and care for a child during this time is invaluable to me. I believe in child led growth, play and learning to best nurture them were they are.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love creating age appropriate activities for children that support their interests and development. I enjoy crafting, drawing, and painting with children to develop fine motor skills. I also believe it is very important for kids to enjoy the outdoors and be in the fresh air! Playing in and connecting to nature is essential for a child’s emotional and developmental health. I am always up for taking children on adventures into the world, whether that be at the park, library, pool, music or art classes, and community story times!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Having a family that fully trusts my skills and abilities with their child is something that makes a huge difference for me. Because I have so much experience and education in the early childhood field, I really value a family that will let me take the lead, and respect my decisions and choices I make while their child is in my care. While I am confident in my skills, I also value, appreciate and love collaboration and open communication. I appreciate receiving feedback with the families that I work with. Being able to have conversations, and give important feedback and advice to each other is important to best guide and care for the child and their needs. This is important for all parties involved.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Working with families and children is a joy because I get to become a part of their village, family and community. Seeing a child and family you value and care for grow together is incredibly rewarding. Being able to provide high quality care to the families in the Boulder community is my passion.
