I used to regularly babysit a family with an autistic 6-year-old, 4-year-old quadruplets, and a 1-year-old. While this was definitely one of the toughest families I babysat, I loved it because each child had their own quirks and talents, and they helped me understand how every child needs love and attention in different ways.
