Sign the linen in when we get a delivery, folding all of the linen and putting everything in its spot in the linen room. Side projects when my manager needs me and vacuuming all carpets/rugs.
Growing up, I had to take on the responsibility of “becoming” a second adult for my own siblings, so I know how to make great dinners for them, doing the dishes, helping out with homework, figuring out activities to do and building confidence in themselves.
