The most important part about being a nanny is being there for children when their parents/guardians aren't. They need to make sure the kids they're looking after feels safe, vulnerable, and they're having fun.

My only experience I have with children who has special needs, is my cousin, who has severe autism. I always keep an eye on him, understand what he needs/wants, and make sure he's having a good time.
