The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important thing about being a nanny is understanding a child’s needs. Babies can’t talk to tell you they’re hungry or need a diaper change, so being attentive is key. With older kids, it can be hard for them to speak up to someone they don’t know well, so making them feel happy and comfortable is just as important. I also love being able to see their unique personalities.
