Hi,
I am currently a student at Indiana University Northwest. I am studying elementary education with a minor in special education. I have a certification in preschool teaching, I am CPR, AED, and first aid certified. I have about 4 years of experience nannying, with multiple different families. I also have 3 years of education classes over caring for children. I have taken 4 child care classes outside of school to better my knowledge when it comes to caring for children. Working with children is something that brings me joy. My mother was a teacher my whole life so she is the reason for my goals of wanting to be a teacher. In the meantime, I know working with individual children, even if it is nannying to help me learn more when entering the field of being a teacher.
