Patience most definitely. Yes the daycare was stressful but I know to always keep them safe and healthy.

I don’t think I have experience. I know we had 1 kid in preschool classroom at my daycare but I wasn’t the teacher so I didn’t work with him but I would love to work with them they are so cute and I can definitely try to learn how to teach them in a way they’ll understand!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I just love every milestone my kid reaches or when I hold their hand to walk in the hallway it feels so comforting and I love a nice hug so I know the child feels safe and happy with me.
