I try to balance fun with learning by incorporating educational games that help build confidence and creativity. It’s about building trust, supporting their growth, and being someone they can rely on each day. I believe patience, communication, and genuine care are the foundation of strong relationships with both children and parents.

My favorite nanny moment was when a child I cared for, who was usually very shy, finally felt comfortable enough to run up and hug me goodbye without being prompted. It was such a small moment, but it meant everything because it showed trust.
