Being a nanny is an important job, there is so much that goes into taking care of children. Keeping them safe is the most important asset of the job to me, not only is the kid trusting in you, but their parent(s) are too. Another important part is to make sure the children feel safe and comfortable with you, building a relationship with the kids helps calm nerves when parents are away. Kids are still growing up so it's important to teach them trust and comfort.
