My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for children on the spectrum, children with ADHD, children with multiple PT/OT needs, and children with stomas. As an EMT I did assist children with PEG J and G tubes, however this was in a different capacity so would not have quite the same types of needs as day to day care. I am happy to learn though!
