"Ariel has been watching my kids for the past several years. She is very involved with my kids when she is with them (on duty and off duty). One of the reasons I particularly like Ariel is because she is confident with the sometimes tricky routines of kids (bedtime, snack limits, diapering, potty training, etc) and she is great at following any specific needed instructions. Ariel is an honest caregiver. She can roll with the cranky days from my kids & will “take the punches” with a calm / steady approach, but she also communicates with me if my kids misbehaved. I appreciate that as a parent because she can tell the difference from an off moment from my kids vs. something I would like to address as a parent.
