I have experience working at my church’s Appleseed program, where I cared for children ages 11 months to 8 years old. Through this program, I provided a safe and engaging environment, assisted with activities, and helped nurture their growth and development. This experience has strengthened my patience, leadership, and ability to care for children of different ages.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love engaging children in a variety of fun and educational activities. I enjoy playing board games, which helps develop critical thinking and social skills. I also like teaching kids essential life skills, such as cleaning up after themselves, as well as academic basics like the ABCs and numbers. Helping with homework is something I find rewarding, as I love supporting children in their learning. Additionally, I love coming up with creative arts and crafts projects, especially ones that can be done outdoors, encouraging creativity and hands-on learning.

I have been involved in the Best Buddies program since 7th grade and continue to participate. Through this program, I have gained valuable experience working with children with special needs, developing strong communication skills, and learning how to provide support in a way that meets each child’s unique needs. It has been an incredibly rewarding experience that has enhanced my ability to work with children of all abilities
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when I was getting picked up by my mom, and the kids didn’t want me to leave whatsoever. They even cried as I walked away, which showed me how much of an impact I had on them. It was such a heartfelt moment.
