I have a very gentle approach.I do not yell at the kids I would correct them if they did something wrong,but I would also teach them what to do that’s right and safe for everyone.Makingsure their happy and cared for and safe if the most important part.Im watching someone else’s children at the end of the day,so I know how important that job is and I take it very seriously.
