The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is having a family know you care for their child just as much as they do. Building that connection between you and the child so they have a safe place to go to if parents are away at work or on a trip or doing a date night. The connection also between you and your nanny family builds for a strong dynamic! Great teamwork !

My experience with special needs children...

Being in my time of working at a daycare I’ve watched some kids who had delays in motor movements or speech or growing and some with autism. I also have a little brother who has some special needs as well and I just realized they are all regular kids who just need a little more extra attention and extra love !

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have a couple favorite nanny moments because every kid I have nanny for has changed my life ! And have made a great impact on me as well. I can definitely say the moment I knew I made a great connection with one the nanny kids when she finally opened up to me and felt super comfortable telling me things and told me how much she loved me and would always get sad if I didn’t come to work that day. It just went to show how much I changed her life.
