More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In addition to several years of nannying experience, I’ve worked as a dance instructor teaching children of all ages and have completed over 100 credit hours toward my Elementary Education degree. Through my education and hands-on experience, I’ve gained valuable knowledge in child development, creating engaging activities, managing routines, and fostering a safe, positive environment where children can learn and grow. I also enjoy helping with homework, creative play, outdoor activities, and supporting each child’s unique needs.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love planning activities that keep kids engaged, active, and having fun! Some of my favorites include arts and crafts, baking, reading books, sensory play, outdoor adventures, trips to the park, scavenger hunts, swimming, playing sports, and imaginative play. I also enjoy helping with homework, educational games, and creating age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and confidence.
The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, being a nanny is about so much more than simply watching children. It’s about building meaningful relationships, creating a safe and loving environment, and helping children grow into kind, confident, and curious individuals. I strive to be someone parents can trust completely and someone their children look forward to spending time with every day.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience working with children who have IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) and have supported children with a variety of learning and developmental needs. I’m patient, adaptable, and committed to creating a supportive environment where every child feels safe, understood, and encouraged to succeed.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny memory has been watching the same two girls grow up over the past four years. I started caring for them when they were just babies, and it has been such a privilege to watch them learn, grow, reach new milestones, and develop their own unique personalities. Being a small part of their childhood has been incredibly rewarding, and it’s a reminder of why I love being a nanny.
