In addition to my nannying experience, I have also volunteered with Carmen Arace Intermediate/Middle School in Bloomfield, CT and worked specifically with kids with intellectual and physical disabilities.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important aspect of being a nanny is building a strong bond of love and trust with the children under my care. Witnessing their growth, happiness, and confidence as they develop a connection with me is incredibly rewarding. Equally important is providing parents with peace of mind and the opportunity to recharge, knowing their children are in safe and nurturing hands. Seeing the smiles on both the children's and parents' faces as they experience these moments of joy and respite is truly fulfilling.

I have extensive experience with special needs children. In addition to babysitting my highly autistic younger brother, I have worked with Special Olympics in Massachusetts and the summer program primarily for children in special needs in Connecticut.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when I organized a backyard treasure hunt for the children I was caring for. I spent hours creating clues and hiding small treasures around the garden. Seeing the excitement and joy on their faces as they solved each clue, worked together as a team, and finally discovered the treasure was priceless. It was a magical experience that not only brought smiles to their faces but also created lasting memories of fun and adventure.
