The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny is a job I do not take lightly. I think it is important to maintain an honest and detailed line of communication with parents. Being as I am the addition to their day to day routines I want to ensure parents feel comfortable and that I am following their routines and parenting styles as close as possible. I also think it is super important to build a good relationship with the children, where we get to have fun days but also understand that we still need to follow their parents rules.
