Hi my name Ash! I have been working in childcare for 6 years. I have been a youth mentor and teaching artist for 3, so I have worked with every age group there is! I am finishing up getting my degree from The School of The Art Institute where I've been studying Art Education and Art Therapy. I have volunteered in elementary and middle schools as a teaching artist and have taught summer classes through After School Matters. I am great with toddlers and infants and build relationships with kids by creating a safe and fun space using artistic methods! I have created many kid friendly activities that include learning to use different materials and be resourceful to keep activities unique! I've done everything from stencil making for custom spray painted t-shirt art to diy jewelry making with bakeable clay!
