My name is Ashley,
I have worked as a nanny, babysitter and daycare provider since I was 15 years old. I’ve had the privilege of growing up with a mom and grandmother that have owned and operated daycare since I was an infant, they are both still functioning today. That is where I developed my passion for teaching kids. Few years later went to the University of Washington for an early childhood education degree. My philosophy is kids learn with intentional play and learning experiences. Learning and reading books about the zoo elevates with trips to a petting zoo. Typically I love taking kiddos on little adventures to parks and libraries. I’m also not opposed to staying inside a house and being creative with art, finding games to play, or having a dance party.
