A little bit about me

Hi families, my name is Ashley! I am a child and family therapist currently working in the K-8th grade school system. I am looking for a summer position while my school district is out on summer break! I have about 8 years of experience working with children, both as a nanny and professional in social work/counseling. I have recent experience with infants, toddlers, and elementary age children. I have taken many courses in child development and play therapy. I am certified in first aid, CPR, and crisis intervention as well. It is important to me to have fun with the kids I work with; I like to take them outdoors, spend time in the park, do art projects, and encourage their creative growth. I have several years of experience teaching social and emotional learning to elementary age children and love to help the kids I nanny develop behaviorally and emotionally.
