Hi! My name is Ashley Schmitt, I have been watching kids since I was in middle school. I worked at a child development center called knowledge beginnings, it is through a company called kinder care. I worked there for over 2 years, handling as many as 5 > 11-month-olds or 15 school-age kids by myself. I love working with kids, being able to teach them, help them, and watch them grow. I had to leave my job at kinder care recently due to being a transfer student at the University of Oregon. I am going for my PhD in psychology.
