The most important part about being a nanny is always being aware of what is going on and making sure the child is happy and safe. Having knowledge with kids is so important and learning everything about the kids, there likes and dislikes, because the time the nanny is working it's all about the children's needs. I also think becoming a friend to the kid is so important considering as the nanny i am with them almost everyday.
