A little bit about me

I'm a mom of two (ages 23 and 10) that is looking for a job outside the home (or in our home if that is what you prefer) that I am passionate about. I love encouraging young ones to learn and find wonder in the world. I work with children in pediatric ophthalmology currently, which is very rewarding. I feel though, that dedicating more time to the care and development of children would bring me more joy. This is why I have decided to venture into the world of being a full time nanny. I utilize gentle parenting skills with my children which I have found to be very effective and much less stressful to their growing minds. I attended Montessori school for 6 years as a child and would bring some of those methods into the homes I am given an opportunity to work in. As far as my hobbies, I love music, being out in nature, gardening, animals, and spending time with my family.
