I also have 1 year experience working for a school district in san diego as an ESS Program Aide helping students with their homework and supervising them, and leading them into numerous activities. I have some formal training from the district for behavioral management.

I have some experience in aiding with different behavioral issues while supervising the children. With some groups that I led there were mutliple children with iep's and different special needs, in which I delt with different behavior issues as they came, and applied behavior training to the situations.
