In addition to my general childcare experience, I have a deep background in supporting children with unique needs. For four years, I was a nanny for a wonderful boy with Autism, which taught me the importance of routine, patience, and celebrating every small victory. In my current professional role as an SLPA, I work daily in SSN (Severe Special Needs) and SLS (Structured Learning Services) classrooms. I am very comfortable with neurodiversity, sensory processing needs, and alternative communication styles. My goal is always to create an environment where every child feels understood and supported.

One of my favorite memories is from my 20th birthday; I had to work that day, so we went on a 'birthday date' to Color Me Mine together. It remains one of my sweetest birthday memories to this day! I truly value the deep, long-term bonds I build with the families I work for.
