I am flexible and have provided extra help whenever parents were too busy working and whenever kids were sick and needed extra care. I am open to occasional extra hours during evenings and weekends.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I do enjoy to plan a variety of activities with children.
As a newborn care specialist, I would implement a lot of tummy time, stroller walks and I also would pay attention to the story time available at the local library.
It is also appreciated if parents are open to purchase a membership to baby gyms, if any are in the area.
With other children, I enjoy to have at least 1 active activity such as playing a sport and going to the playground daily, and also other type of activities such as art & craft, music, reading time are a part of my day with children.
I enjoy to have special activities once in a while such as a cooking activity, or treasure hunt for example.

Being capable of offering a diversity of activities that would help the kids’ development on different field: creativity through arts and craft, health and energy with sports, unwinding and learning to be calm with storytime, songs and reading, teaching responsibility and independence with learning how to cook simple meals, make their beds, and cleaning up play area and huge empathy on helping them express their emotions and communicate wether it’s a negative or positive one.
My experience with special needs children...
I have a little bit of experience with children with autism as I cared for a little girl who was 4 years old and on the spectrum. I could be interested to care again for a special need child.
