In my junior year of high school I took a child grow class and I got to teach, play, and guide preschoolers. This class gave me a better understanding of what is going on in a 4-5 year old's head. I also learned about their milestones and how to help reach them.
In February 2025 interned at Truman Medical Center in the NICU and got to learn about how they feed, breathe, and do other activities.

I love to play any types of games with children, especially the made up ones! I love to read with them, play dress up, and board games. Playing games outside is amazing as well, I love to teach kids how to play hopscotch, jump rope and I also love educating them on the insects and plants outside.
