My experience with special needs children...

i also have personal experience caring for my younger sister, who has Prader-Willi syndrome, a rare genetic condition that affects her development, learning, and appetite. because of this, she follows a strict routine and a carefully managed diet, and she requires close supervision—especially around food. i’ve learned how important structure, patience, and gentle guidance are when caring for children with special needs. i’ve helped her with daily tasks, learning activities, and safe play, always making sure she feels supported and understood. this experience has taught me how to be extra attentive, nurturing, and adaptive to each child’s unique needs.
