More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been working with children for many years and have had the opportunity to care for children of many different ages. I started babysitting for private families in 2019, which gave me a lot of experience with daily routines, meals, activities, outings, bedtime, and homework. My most relevant experience was during the summer of 2025, when I worked as a full-time summer nanny for a family with two children, ages 1 and 4. I worked 40 hours a week and was responsible for their daily care, preparing meals, planning activities, following their routines, and helping with light housekeeping. I really enjoyed becoming part of their daily lives and building a strong bond with the children. I have also worked in a daycare with children from 6 months to 5 years old, as well as at day camps with children ages 4 to 14\. I have been a tutor since 2022, helping children with homework and schoolwork.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing creative and active activities with children. I especially enjoy arts and crafts, playing soccer and volleyball, and spending time outdoors. I also love playing in the water, whether it’s swimming, going to the beach, or simply having fun outside. On quieter days, I enjoy reading stories, playing games, and doing activities that encourage their creativity and imagination. I always try to make activities fun while adapting them to the children’s ages and interests.

The most important part about being a nanny is building a trusting and caring relationship with the children while making sure they feel safe, happy, and supported. I believe it’s important to be patient, attentive, and genuinely involved in their daily lives. I love creating fun activities, encouraging their curiosity and independence, and making everyday moments special. For me, being a nanny is not just about taking care of children, but about becoming someone they can trust and creating wonderful memories together.

My experience with special needs children...

I volunteered at an elementary school working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including non-verbal children. It was a very meaningful and rewarding experience. I supported the children throughout their daily activities and routines, while learning to adapt to each child’s individual needs. This experience taught me a lot about patience, empathy, communication, and the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was picking the children up from daycare at the end of the day. Seeing how happy they were to see me, running toward me and jumping into my arms, was always the best part of my day. Their smiles and excitement made me feel so appreciated and reminded me how special it is to build a strong bond with the children I care for. It was such a simple moment, but it always made my day.
