Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

While I have been a nanny for the past two years, I have also worked with children outside of babysitting. I volunteered working in classrooms throughout high school, while participating in a class that studies child development. I got to help lots of children with their struggles in school work, and guide them through the process of exceeding their education. I was enrolled in this class for my junior and senior year of high school, so I got to experience many different students and watch them grow. This class taught me that understanding child development is very important because it helps us adults teach kids specific skills, and learn their abilities. This was a very special experience for me because I have always loved helping people, and teaching others new things.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Some activities that I enjoy doing with children is playing legos, blowing bubbles, drawing chalk, playing card games etc. Anything that makes them happy!

My favorite nanny moment would have to be watching the little 9 month old boy I would see everyday take his very first steps. It was such a special moment, and I was beyond excited to be apart of it!
