The most important part about being a nanny is getting to know the kids and being able to talk to them about anything they want. I believe being a nanny is more than taking care of them, it more about building a relationship with the kid and building trust. Kids should be able to express themselves.

I haven’t had any experience with special needs kids personal. I am a special needs child myself. I was diagnosed with Aspergers when I was 16. I know what it is like to have autism and have to deal people on the daily.
