I have been volunteering and working for Highlands Fellowship for four years. I have varied from working with 4-week-olds, to 14-year-olds. Currently, I work in the nursery and specialize with baby's. To work for highlands, it is required to have a background check, and complete child care classes. Also, every six months the staff is required to attend safety meetings in case of an emergency, and attend new training classes.
