Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I had a nannying job two summers ago with a toddler and baby. I have babysit many times, from babies to nine-year-olds, from one child to three. I have put kids to bed, fed them, entertained them, drive them to basketball games, and more. I volunteer at my church with middle schoolers, and have been doing that for over a year. I also have three younger siblings, ranging from ages 9-15 right now, and I have been left in charge of them many times.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love taking kids for walks, swinging or playing games in the backyard, building blocks, reading books, playing Mario Kart, letting them show me all of their toys. I am really up for anything with them, I have spent hours chilling at home with kids, but I’ve also taken some to a trampoline park before!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Always keeping your eyes on the kids. If eyes are on them at all times, you eliminate just about anything that could possibly go wrong.
