The most important part about being a nanny...
There are two that come to mind.
* A child in my care became frustrated with an activity and remembered the yoga breaths (without any direction from me); he took a few moments, came back and told me, “ Ms. Barbara I am sorry that I got frustrated before, but I remembered the yoga breaths you taught me and I feel much better now.”
**I was helping a child with math and showed her what a fact family looked liked. When she looked at it, she said, Ahh 🤩!…it was one of those light bulb moments.
