Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I had to take care of babies which was just taken home from the hospital. They need special care to see that the first week of their lives is a healthy one. Caring for their navels, making sure that they are monitored for any abnormalities etc. So I was not only a nanny, I worked as a nurse.

I would take them for walks, played indoor and outdoor games with them. Read to them if needs be.
