A little bit about me

My name is Barbara and I absolutely love caring for children! Growing up, I knew I wanted to work with children. In high school, I was accepted to be a part of a teaching academy program. Throughout my four years of high school I was able to teach at a variety of elementary schools to kindergarten through the fifth grade. My first job out of high school I worked as a lead teacher at a childcare facility. I specialize in newborn care but, with over 10 years experience in the childcare field I feel that I have gained excellent childcare with children of all ages. As a childcare provider, I enjoy arts and crafts, creative play, reading, and outdoor play. I am currently a nursing student with a goal of becoming an obstetrician. I have a passion for children and I can't wait to someday have my own :)
