My favorite part of being a nanny is watching children grow and reach each new milestone from their first smile and first steps to becoming kind, confident young adults. One of the most meaningful moments of my career was attending the college graduation of the very first children I cared for. Being invited to celebrate such an important milestone with their family reminded me that being a nanny is about building lifelong relationships, not just providing childcare.
