Hi! My name is Baylee, and I’m a college student at Hope College studying Business with a focus in Human Resources. I have several years of childcare experience and love creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for kids.

I have most recently worked as a full-time nanny caring for four children under age four, including a child with epilepsy, so I’m comfortable managing multiple children and handling responsibility with maturity and attention to detail.
