I am a behavioral interventionist with autistic kids in a clinic, i have been doing this job for the last almost year. Before that I was working in classrooms with multiple students in after school program for 2 years. I also have unpaid experience previous to my 3 years of working with kids.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Is being passionate and having everlasting empathy and understanding for kids in ALL situations. While also not treating every kid the same way because they are all very different and have different dos and dont’s! I also think building a relationship with the family is highly important to maintain a flowy non hostile environment for everyone.
