More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In addition to babysitting, I have also cared for children with mental and physical disabilities. I also have previous experience working as a live-in nanny during the summer months, volunteering at a daycare, working as a camp counselor, and tutoring where I have gained hands-on experience in child development and building positive relationships with kids.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love spending time outdoors with kids! Some of my favorite activities include nature walks, scavenger hunts, bike rides, playing sports, and my all-time favorite going to the beach! Whether it is exploring a nearby park or just having fun in the backyard, I believe outdoor play is a great way for kids to stay active, learn, and have fun!
The most important part about being a nanny...
To me the most important part about being a nanny is building trust and creating a positive, supportive relationship with both the child and their family. It is about understanding each child's unique needs, routines, and personality, and providing a safe space where they can feel heard, respected, and loved. As a caregiver, I believe in offering not just supervision, but also guidance, encouragement, and fun activities that foster both growth and happiness.
Being reliable and responsive to parents' needs is equally important. Whether it be providing updates throughout the day or stepping in during moments of uncertainty. Ultimately, it is about creating a sense of security for both the child and the parents, knowing their child is in caring, capable hands.

My experience with special needs children...
I have my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master's Degree in Social Work at UMD, which has given me valuable insight into child development, behavioral strategies, and how to provide the best care for children with diverse needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments as a nanny was when I took a group of kids on a nature scavenger hunt. Watching them get excited over finding bugs, leaves, and cool rocks was such a joy, and it reminded me how important it is to let kids explore and connect with the world around them.

Babysitter Available in Duluth, MN: Morgan B.
Hi! My name is Morgan I am a 21 year old living in Duluth! I have always loved kids and have experience with all ages. I started babysitting when I was around 13 on and off and was a full time nanny through high school. Even when I was younger I was always helping my mom with her preschoolers and her nanny kids in the summers. I am certified in BLS CPR for both adults and infants; it’s more in depth than the layman’s CPR classes as it’s catered toward healthcare workers. I worked in healthcare so I am trained in first aide as well as good with unpredictable situations. I am looking for any and all types of childcare positions.
