I hold my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential and possess an NCI blue card for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Additionally, I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), specializing in working with children across a wide range of ages, both on and off the autism spectrum. My experience includes working in various school districts, such as those in Los Angeles, Torrance, and Downey, among others. Currently, I am pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in college, which I am very excited about! 😁

I enjoy engaging in various activities, particularly cooking and baking, where I can incorporate the imaginative ideas of children. In addition to culinary pursuits, I also like to play video games. My creativity allows me to explore a wide range of activities, from crafting bracelets and playing with modeling clay to engaging in active games and physical challenges.

I am currently working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and possess my NCI blue card, which qualifies me to address challenging behaviors and self-injurious behaviors (SIB). I have experience in implementing goals that require improvement and am proficient in using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices with nonverbal children. Additionally, I have recently begun to develop my skills in American Sign Language (ASL).
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my funniest moments baking happened when I was with my family, including a spirited 5-year-old and a hilarious 10-year-old. The little one was quite grabby and decided to start a playful chocolate chip fight! The older brother thought it was hilarious, and soon they were chasing each other around the house with chocolate chips in hand.
When I went to check on them, I found them teaming up against me! I made a dash downstairs to escape, but during the chase, the 10-year-old accidentally dropped some flour on his brother, and it ended up on all of us! We couldn’t stop laughing. Just then, our parents walked in and looked a bit confused at the scene—chocolate chips and flour everywhere! They laughed and said, "Looks like we aren't getting cookies tonight!" Of course, I made sure to clean everything up by the end of my shift, but it was a memorable and fun baking adventure!
