"Brandi was an absolute blessing to our family. She started caring for our children when my son was just 3 months old and my daughter was 2 years old, and she stayed with us for 3 1/2 wonderful years until I became a stay-at-home mom.
From the very beginning, Brandi was dependable, loving, patient, and incredibly attentive to our children’s needs. She truly became part of our family. Our kids absolutely adored her, and even now they still talk about her and miss her dearly. She created such a warm, safe, and fun environment for them every day.
In addition to being amazing with the kids, Brandi also helped tremendously with household management and keeping things running smoothly. She was proactive, organized, trustworthy, and always willing to help wherever needed. Knowing our children were in her care gave us complete peace of mind.
Any family would be so lucky to have Brandi as their nanny. I cannot recommend her highly enough."

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Relevant experience where I also cared for children includes working at Primrose Daycare, serving as an afterschool care instructor at ASI Gymnastics, teaching children’s saddle seat horseback riding lessons, and being the Program Manager for children at Skyview Stables. I also have experience nannying and babysitting for multiple families with children of various ages, and I am currently nannying for a 12-month-old little girl. In addition to childcare, I have experience helping families with household management tasks such as meal prep, laundry, organizing, transportation, and maintaining a clean and structured environment.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Activities I enjoy doing with children include arts and crafts, reading, library story times, walks, outdoor play, sensory activities, imaginative and pretend play, music and dance, building activities, and age-appropriate learning games. I love encouraging creativity and curiosity through hands-on activities such as painting, puzzles, coloring, playdough, scavenger hunts, and simple science or STEM activities. I also enjoy supporting developmental milestones through fine motor activities, language development, social interaction, and independent play. My goal is always to create a fun, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn and explore.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny to me is being a positive and supportive part of a child’s growth and development. I love building meaningful relationships with children, helping them learn new things, gain confidence, and feel safe, loved, and encouraged every day. Watching children grow emotionally, socially, and developmentally while knowing you played a small role in helping them become happy, confident little people is incredibly rewarding to me.
My experience with special needs children...
My experience with special needs children includes working with children with ADHD, autism, and learning disabilities, primarily through teaching horseback riding lessons and working with children in structured activity settings. Through these experiences, I learned the importance of patience, clear communication, consistency, and adapting activities to meet each child’s individual needs and comfort level. I strive to create a calm, supportive, and encouraging environment where children feel safe, understood, and confident.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was helping a shy little girl I cared for come out of her shell over time. At first, she was very quiet and hesitant to try new activities, but after months of reading together, doing crafts, imaginative play, and encouraging her independence, she started becoming so much more confident and expressive. One day at the library story time, she excitedly joined in with the other children and proudly showed me the craft she made afterward. Seeing her grow more comfortable, confident, and happy was such a rewarding reminder of how meaningful and important a nurturing environment can be for children.

Part-Time Child Care Provider Available in Rhome, TX: Elena M.
Have been in the medical profession for many yrs. A few years in pediatric. CPR, Frist Aid,work part time now weekends. NASCAR Racing Exp. And TCU FOOTBALL and Basketball games. Looking to give me a few more hours. I am very active mother and grandmother. I feel being involved in a child life to help them learn and explore the outdoors is important. I am not the type of person that feels comfortable with a child just watching TV for hours. For me I rather that the child has good communication with who is taking care of them. I’m feel that having an open communication with the parents as well so they know exactly what is going on with their child or children while they are in the care of someone else. I also feel it’s important if the child or children feel comfortable with me as well. I have cared for children at different times in my life. I had a class for pre teen girls that would meet at my home once a month to learn about art and cooking. A great way to explore Artistic ability.
