I’ve helped raise about 5 littles in my family but have babysat more than 10. I’ve cared for them, watched them overnight, cooked for them, etc.

I love being hands on outdoors when the weather permits it. I love taking walks, going to the park, playing with water outside. I enjoy indoor activities such as coloring, watching movies, singing songs, and other hands on learning games.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is honestly just caring for the kid. Making sure they’re growing/being cared for and not just being watched. When parents are away and put trust in a nanny or babysitter I think it’s an extremely important job. You become that child’s guardian and are responsible for making sure they’re getting the same level of care they would from their grown ups.
My experience with special needs children...
I do have a couple of autistic children in my family. I’ve learned how to handle different kids on the spectrum and really digging into what works for them and how to ensure their growth.
