The most important part about being a nanny...

I was babysitting for 3yr old twins who were both on the spectrum, one of whom is non-verbal. I was warned beforehand that he only says words he likes when he's comfortable with you. When addressing children, I tend to use pet names like "honey" and "bubs". He really liked the word "bubs" and would sit in my lap and touch my face while repeating that word. Made my heart melt!!
