The most important part of being a nanny is pushing children to their limits. They know more than you think and they are very quick learners. Seeing children excel and develop their personalities is the most rewarding part about being a nanny.

My favorite nanny moments are when children repeat what you do. As an example; Everyday I would give a hug to the child I nanny before I leave to go home and say I love you. One day at work we were listening to the wheels on the bus and their is a part of the song that says " the daddy on the bus says I love you" and the child ran up and hugged me every time he heard it. That was one of the sweetest moments.
