I taught at a daycare center for four years. In my time at the center I was a support staff and then became a child development specialist. I have experience teaching in many age groups including infants, toddlers, preschool, and I was also in charge of running our school age e-learning program which helps students to get assignments and schoolwork done virtually for their school teachers. I am graduating in may with my degree in early childhood education and am completing my student teaching in a second grade classroom.

The most important part about being a nanny to me is building strong and trusting relationships with children and their families. I very strongly believe that it is just as important to have a relationship with the family as it is with the child, in order for everyone to feel most comfortable. I know that leaving your child with someone can be extremely difficult, but I want you to feel as comfortable as possible with me teaching them.
