The most important part about being a nanny...
That the kids are safe and happy. Knowing that the parents can trust the nanny/helper to be able to go where they need and not worry as much. I know worrying is a part of being a parent but I want to help make the worry a lot less. And keeping the parents informed is a top priority for me.
